Mayank is a Warrior.
Mayank aka ‘The Bullet’ is SLW’s southpaw and is a wily fast bowling all-rounder. Mayank is the definition of Hard work and focus on the field. He has won SLW many matches with his all-round performances, particulary with his art of death Bowling.
Mayank can tonk that ball with great timing and power and is often SLW’s go to bowler when things are not going its way. He specialises in the art of “Not giving an inch to the Batsmen”. The consistency in which he bowls yorker length balls, often ties the batsmen down to the crease. Mayank idolises Wasim Akram and Glen ‘Pigeon’ McGrath for their swing bowling. Mayanks fav cricketing moment is that six from MSD to win the 2011 WC at Wankhede.
M admires the inclusiveness and mutual respect shown by fellow SLW mates!
