Srihari

Srihari, fondly known as “Gazza”, is one of SLW’s craftiest cricketers — a clever off-spinner with a sharp cricketing brain and a deep understanding of how to outthink a batter. With the ball in hand, Gazza has mastered the art of flight, drift and deception. He gives the ball those extra revs, keeping batters guessing until the very last microsecond before committing to a shot.

His bowling is not just about spin — it is about setting traps. He knows when to slow it up, when to tease the batter forward, when to hold the length back, and when to make the ball dip just enough to create doubt. On his day, Gazza can quietly control an innings, frustrate aggressive batters and break partnerships with pure skill and patience.

With the bat, Srihari is a fantastic conventional stroke-maker who can switch gears when the situation demands. He can build an innings with proper cricketing shots, but when SLW needs quick runs, he has the power and confidence to tonk the ball beyond the boundary. Switching modes comes naturally to him — calm and composed one moment, explosive the next.

For SLW, Gazza is experience, intelligence and adaptability rolled into one. A thinking cricketer, a dependable batter and a crafty spinner who brings balance, control and match-winning value to the Warriors.
