Umesh aka CEO aka THALA aka ‘Umeshanna’, is the nervous system of SLW and makes the statement true in every sense. His passion towards bringing people together and his craze towards cricket is exemplary! For Umesh, Cricket, is more than just a game—it’s a passion, a culture, and a way of life, it is also about the connections it fosters, bringing people together from different backgrounds, united by a shared love for the game.

It’s about the early morning practices, the late-night discussions about strategy, and the lifelong friendships. Umesh strives to foster a great team culture within SLW.
